Encouraging a “Team” Mentality

Ever look at a Sports Team and think how “together” they look?

Football is a “team” sport and Coaches constantly aim for Teamwork and a comradery within the Team. This extends to wearing a uniform, both at Training and on Game day. Teams with a strong sense of “togetherness” are proven to be more successful than Teams without.

The AJFC encourage our Players to take on the Team Mentality. Be proud of your Team and spur on fellow Vikings to be fair, upstanding Competitors. Most of all – Have FUN!. Team Mentality nurtures football and will reinforce a fun and successful game!

Some of our generous Sponsors have supplied our training tops and bags. Wearing & using them shows our sponsors we appreciate their support while looking the part. Endorsing our sponsors and community partners is vital for continued relationships in the coming seasons.

Training - Training top
  •  Encourages Team equality
  •  Builds bonding & unity within the team
  • Can be used for their purpose - 2 sided practice matches (one side is yellow, the other side purple)
Game Day – Full, Clean Uniform + Sports Bag
  • Shows Competitors we respect Our Club, Our Team & Our Club Values
  • Can be a psychological advantage over Competitors - We look successful!
  • Shows Competitors we are unified & proud Club
  • The Obvious… You can find your Team within the crowd!

Get on board and show our Competition we are a Club we are proud of and start 2017 off with a strong Team outlook!

Go Vikings!
